Shipping of orders from the minimum order value of € 150,- is free of charge. Below that the shipping costs are €7,- to Germany and Austria. For shipping to other countries, please contact us. Our rugs are shipped hand folded. Shipping to Germany and Austria usually takes 3-5 business days.
You can revoke the purchase contract for the ordered goods within a period of 14 days. Custom-made products are excluded from this. You can pick up your orders at the store free of charge. Orders will be available for pickup 14 days from the date of order receipt. Orders will be canceled if not picked up. Of course, orders can also be returned to the store within the 14-day cancellation period.
